Please click on the following link to setup your account for repayment. https://callipygos.pheaa.org/portal/student/student_portal.cfm Click on 'Create an Account' under the login boxes to initiate the procedure of setting up the account. 2. Check the box to accept its terms and conditions and click on continue 3. Create your account by giving your SSN or the Account Number (that appears on your paper statement) and choosing your username and password. You will get this once your 1st loan cheque is disbursed. 4. Please mention your email address that you will check regularly as you can receive your updates and reminders on this email address. 5. Once it is set up, you will see your loan details with monthly payment dates. You can click on 'make a student loan payment' to make your first payment 6. Enter all the required information including bank information to make your first online payment. You can check the box at the bottom of the page that will remember all this information. This will prevent you from entering it each and every time when you want to make a payment. 7. Once the payment is done, you can review your loan repayment history on this page by logging into your account. 8. Please note that it is always advisable to keep on making regular monthly repayment in your A/C to this company (AES).Even if your EMI is less you, can make larger repayment & please note that there is no penalty for early repayment/pre-repayment. At least you must service your interest payment regularly otherwise interest gets accrued & capitalized and you pay interest on interest. In short you must pay your monthly or quarterly statement from AES regularly. (If you can pay more than that it is better for you.) They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 13) If you are experiencing difficulty in making the scheduled payment, please contact AES office at the address or telephone number shown above in the point no. 10 & 11 to resolve this matter. Repayment Procedure Once your loan is sanctioned and disbursed, obviously you will have many questions and concerns on how to make repayment and the procedure for the same is given step wise as under. Step 1:- Once the loan cheque is disbursed you will receive a statement after 45 days with a 10 digit account number mentioned on the top right corner from AES (American Education Services) refer to our website https://www.isloan.org/rpd.htm for details of AES- The repayment agency. Step 2:- Set up your account with AES online using this 10 digit Account Number. (Important- Please note for repayment you have to use this 10 digit account only, always.) Step 3:- Repayment has to be done to AES only. For more info on what is AES, please click on repayment details on our website www.isloan.org Step 4:- You will have an online concurrent account as stated above with AES and you can make as many repayment a you want in a month. Each repayment should not be less than US$100. Your account with AES is like a bank over draft account. Therefore any repayment made by you is automatically adjusted towards interest and balance towards principal. Step 5:- Please note and understand clearly that the loan id number that you were using during your loan process is not your AES account #. As stated earlier you will receive a statement from AES with your 10 digit account number. This number is the IMPORTANT for all your repayment issues. Step 6:- You can make repayment to AES by using any credit card of USA or you can make payment through any bank in India. Please ask for A2 form from any Indian bank and they will guide you how to make remittance to AES in US$. Step 7:- You may also try writing a cheque in Indian rupees in favor AES and send it to them along with the student's name and account #. Step 8:- You have a dual option of making repayment in Indian Rupees from India or in your local currency from your country as a father/ guardian as well as payment in USD by your son/ daughter.
